Resource Partners

CCCMC partners with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community members to generate referrals, funding, and coordination of services to the community.  CCCMC provides a unique opportunity for community organizations to partner and refer clients in disputes to CCCMC for free, high-quality mediation services. When organizations choose to add community mediation to their “toolbox,” they empower their clients to solve their own conflicts through the use of mediation provided by a community mediation center that operates and trains its volunteer mediators to be in compliance with the requirements of MD Rule 17 and the Maryland Program for Mediator Ethics (MPME).

The Cecil County Chamber serves as the voice of business at the county, state and local levels.

Business people need to meet and form relationships with other businesses in order to succeed. We make that happen through the quarterly Nonprofit Roundtable, monthly Business Card Exchanges, breakfasts, luncheons, and many other events.  Serving on a committee is another good way to network.

Volunteer Cecil is a site that strives to match up local agencies and their needs with the volunteers that can fill them. When a Volunteer signs up they can identify agencies they like to support and causes that are important to them. When an agency lists a need, it will get sent to volunteers who have indicated they support that charity or cause.
