The CCCMC District Court Mediation Program provides pre-trial and day-of-trial mediation services for eligible small claims and landlord/tenant cases.
Family Court
In Maryland’s Family Courts, divorcing co-parents are required to attend mediation to discuss matters concerning custody and child access.
Truancy Court
Participation in the Truancy Diversion Program decreases the number of children and families negatively impacted by court fines and/or incarceration.
Upper Shore State's Attorney (USSAMP)
Several Upper Shore counties, including Cecil County, and local State’s Attorney’s Offices created the Upper Shore State’s Attorney’s Mediation Program (USSAMP) in 2003 to provide a way for certain civilian filed cases to be resolved outside the courtroom.

Substance Abuse / Recovery Mediation
Mediation upon release from rehabilitation to make plans for successful family reintegration is an important step in the recovery process for the entire family.
